TRAINING SCHEDULE: To Be Announced

Eligibility Criteria:

Must be unemployed, not in education, and not in training

Filipino Citizen

At least 18 years old at the time of completing the training program

At least a High School graduate (old curriculum), K12 graduate, ALS, College Graduate, or College Undergraduate

Willing to complete the full duration of the training

Requirements:

Three photocopies of any of the following:

Transcript of Records (for college graduates/undergraduates)

Form 138/137 (for 4th Year High School - Old Curriculum/Senior High School Graduate - K12)

ALS Certificate (old curriculum, high school)

Diploma

Three photocopies of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate or Marriage Certificate

Three photocopies of a valid ID with three specimen signatures

Four 1x1 ID pictures (white background)

Four passport-sized ID pictures (with name tag, white background, collared shirt)

One long brown envelope

Submit your complete requirements to Clear Vocation Institute for Skills Training and Assessment Corp office at 2nd Floor, Primark Center, Atherton cor. Dollar St., North Fairview, Quezon City from Mondays to Saturdays, 9 AM to 2 PM.
